Like the way that the bank has recently improved the facilities. It has a new, wheelchair friendly entrance. There is also a machine inside to help process everyday transactions, like cash and cheque deposits, in addition to their tills. Another machine there can quickly counts coins, for savers that like to put their loose change in a jar. It provides a vital service to lots of small businesses, that bank cash or need change for their customers. It also has a cashpoint.

These boys pulled one out of the bag. Pressure was on to get a porch / extension completed before a new arrival to the family arrived. They completed the work to the highest of standards and worked efficiently on site. The team they have are fantastic and dedicated and very talented. Camborne Joinery's work is simply superb. As well as an earlier staircase and some hardwood window cills, they've recently replaced our plastic windows with their high quality wooden ones, which have transformed the look of the house. They're great guys too, so it's a pleasure to recommend them to others.

Mega Service, excellent and knowledgeable team and all work completed really quickly with no fuss. Dealer level service without the price tag. Had their biggest service package (filters, all fluids, plugs the whole 9 yards), rear brake disc and pads, cam belt with bearing kit, all wheels balanced, front wheel alignment and they looked after us when we had a problem the next day the HT leads. Quick, tidy, organised; right on!!

What got off to a bad start, got better with the receptionist keeping me fully informed of the progress of my vehicle. They also swapped over the loan car when it became clear to them, that the initial vehicle simply did not accomodate my requirements

About the biggest Halfords I've been to. Plenty of free level parking outside. The store is fully accessible, and the huge cycling department upstairs is accessible by lift or stairs. Superstores are great aren't they? There's a huge range of products and extensive choices available, as long as you don't mind spending ages hunting around the place to find what you want. Places this big should have a help desk at the entrance and free maps to locate items. The lady who was at the checkout was pleasant enough, but overall not the best shopping experience.

As with most halfords stores I've been too, they tend to operate with barely enough staff to offer any kind of attentive customer service. If you're looking at stereos or sat navs then there's usually a young know it all assistant that's more than happy to swoop in and offer advice but stand near the car seats (for say 20 mins trying to choose) and you get looked at by the same staff member as he walks off and talks to a customer 3 Isles over looking for car seat covers. If you know what you want and are prepared to just go and find it then this store has a lot to offer. If you want advice then just pray it's area of interest for the shop assistant to show off his man prowess and technical knowledge. This store does excel with its bulb fitting service. There's always someone that magically appears to offer to do this for you and charge £5 or so for 2 mins work.

They explained how to use the App patiently and thoroughly. As I work irregular hours, it's been great to be able to control the heating remotely. It's more than lived up to my expectations.

We ordered our heaters in January to replace ugly, inefficient night storage heaters. Due to the Beast from the East storms delivery was later than expected. Installation was quick and done with great attitude and a team who obviously enjoy their job and care about the customer, with honesty at the forefront as through no fault of theirs one of the heaters was damaged on arrival and they remedied the problem in a very professional way and have bent over backwards to assist us with any queries we have had. We can't fault them in any way and highly recommend their services and we plan to use them again in the near future with our home improvements.

Although I bought Audi's most expensive road car and in Limousine form I simply assumed that my Audi main dealers would look after me... Sadly this is not the case nor was it the case with three independent garages prior to me find Elite Automotive. Now I could write endlessly as me and the team at Elite have had dozens of visits from myself, my family members and several of my friends who also use them now. But Elite are honest, I don't know a great deal about car and a lot know a great deal less than me, so honestly when dealing with a garage is paramount, that is not a concern here, I've never once been up sold, or had anything done that wasn't needed. I'm very passionate about my car as it's rare and a very prestigious expensive car so I just don't let anyone pull it apart, but despite it's plus £100k+ price tag new and it's overly complex modules and systems, I've never once been turned away because they didn't know how to do something. I've also seen the large oil drums of fluids kept with in his premises so when I know for example my gearbox needs an oil costing £24 a litre (yeah don't ask) not only can I see a large barrel of it, the trust in Elite means I know it is not filled will cheap supermarket alternatives marked up to the correct stuff. I know my car is not necessarily the core work for his business but he will be the only garage that I will continue to use for as long as remain doing what he does.

We booked SoundONE for our wedding at Trevenna Barns. Andy and Sam was brilliant from start to finish, great communication with emails and questions answered within a couple of hours (even late at night). We gave a small list of the kind of music we wanted and they did the rest, all of it was great and enjoyed by all from the kids up to the grandparents, he even got my 90 year old grandad up!! The light effects were fantastic and really enhanced the dance floor. Highly recommended, cheers Andy and Sam keep up the good work!

Sound One did a U V Neon Disco for our 11 year old grandaughter. I was absolutely amazed by these two professional entertainers, totally up to date with the music and kept the party in full swing for 2 hours. Highly recommend.

I can not recommend this agent highly enough! This is a highly professional yet personal service which was tailored around myself and my family's needs. After using other well known agents in the past, this experience has been like a breath of fresh air with the majority of the pressure involved in selling a house been take off our shoulders. The marketing of our house has been exceptional, with a full front page spread per-cured by Gary In the West Briton Property paper free of charge, I have even had comments from friends saying that I should put the price of my house up as they keep seeing pictures of it all over! In little over a week we had 5 viewings and then achieved a sale for the full asking price. I was really nervous about leaving my collie dogs Holly and Buddy. But they were so well looked after, i shouldnt have been worried. The staff are really caring the accomodation clean and fresh. Can't recommend them highly enough. They were suggested to us by our vet who had heard good reports from their clients and we couldn't agree more. Our dogs go in very willingly and are all over the owners, tails wagging, obviously delighted to see them again, which is always a good sign. Used their grooming services at the end of a stay and this too was excellent. The owners are hard working, caring people, and it is obvious that they both really love dogs.

Mr Barker did some decorating for me last year, very professional, clean and tidy work, I was very pleased and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a good painter and decorator.

Lee's done some excellent work on the exterior of our house (with lots of positive comments from our neighbours), so we got him back as soon as possible to do the interior as well. Good price, the work was very professionally done with the minimum of fuss, and we'll be getting him back again as soon as the next phase of the work we're having done to our house is complete. Very satisfied customer here.

Lee painted both the interior and exterior of our house just after we had purchased it. We were so pleased with the workmanship and finish. We found Lee to be a true professional. He was always polite, on time, tidy and extremely hard-working. After a bad experience with a plumber, who left our bathroom in a bad state, Lee came back and rectified it for us, much to our appreciation. We would highly recommend Lee & have already done so to our friends and neighbours.

I wonderful time recycling my recyclables at this fine establishment. If there ever was a reward for recycling, this facility would have my nomination. All the bins were clearly labels so I would recommend this to people who fear recycling centres due lack of of clear labelling. I also admire the colour choices of the labels AND the bins! We all need a welcoming environment like Penryn to recycle in because let's face it, we need to treasure these moments and make recycling memorable. Thank you Penryn Recycling Facility.

GOING PLACES move us twice. First from our home in Cornwall when it was sold to storage place, and then 4 months later to our new home in Wales. Excellent job, nothing broken, lost or scratch. Furniture, garden furniture, garage rubbish, potted plants, mirrors, paintings, the lot. 4 big vans loaded and unloaded, placed where we wanted. If we would move again (hope not) we would only use GOING PLACES as it delivered great value for our money, and no worry at all. And this is priceless with all other things going on at the same time.
